Once you purchase a pass, you will get all event updates emailed or texted.  If purchased early enough, passes may be mailed out.  Passes will should be worn to enter concert venues.  A festival desk will be located at Lowkey Hideaway for check in starting on Friday at 3pm EST, Lowkey is the first venue as you cross the bridge onto the island and you can pick up passes there if not received by mail.  You will need your order email or order number to pick up passes.

The island is very small, typically the night venues are together on Dock St across the street from each other. Lowkey Tiki and Pirates Cove are about a mile from Dock St.

The two most popular forms of transpon on the island are golf carts and bicycles.  There are rental companies for each, but golf carts will sell out.   Also it is easy to park near Dock St and walk a short distance.

Each concert venue will have different policies.  Some are 21 and up always, and some like Big Deck serve food and and are all ages until after dinner when it becomes 21 only.

Each venue will be selling alcohol. No BYOB is permitted at Concert Venues.

When you purchase a pass, you’ll receive a lanyard with a pass to wear that will get you access to festival venues either for the day or for whole weekend, depending on which pass you bought.  PLEASE NOTE – Due to capacity limits, admission to specific venues for specific acts cannot be guaranteed.  Some venues are small and could have limited seating options. During most of the showtimes at smaller venues, performances will be running at multiple venues simultaneously to allow for overall festival capacity.  Most artists will rotate and play multiple venues so you have a great chance to see everyone.  

Also of note, Pirates Cove and Lowkey Tiki have limited actual seats but plenty of space for your chair of choice so BYOC!
